About

Dr. Muhammad Naeem is working as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Administrative Sciences, Institute of Business, Management and Administrative Sciences, Islamia University of Bahawalpur (IUB). He completed his MBA/MS from the same institute. Recently, he has received his Ph.D. degree in Business Administration from School of Management, University of Science and Technology of China (ranked 89-QS ranking and 80-THE ranking). 

In 2016, as a visiting faculty member, he has been teaching courses in different universities of China. In 2021, as a visiting faculty member, he also joined Institute of Business, Management and Administrative Sciences, IUB.

He has published his research work in the world leading and impact factor (SSCI) journals such as Personnel Review, Journal of Social Psychology. Furthermore, Dr. Muhammad Naeem is an ad-hoc reviewer of Human Resource Management Journal. His research focuses on the root of incivility in the work-family domains and leaders anti-social behaviors in the workplace settings.
