About

Dr. Muhammad Naeem has completed his PhD in 2010 from South China Agricultural University Guangzhou, China. He also worked as a Technical Officer inAli Akbar Seeds Pakistan with major duties in the Development of virus resistant cotton varieties, genetic improvement of wheat crop, increasing yield of various vegetables along with management of 100 acres Farm. Dr. Muhammad Naeem has vast experience in improving specific characteristics such as yield, size, quality, maturity, and resistance to frost, drought, disease and insect pests in plants by utilizing different genetics and advance molecular marker techniques for genetic improvement of crops. He also has the experience in developing new varieties and select most desirable plants for crossing using different breeding methods such as inbreeding, crossbreeding, backcrossing, out-crossing, mutating, or inter-specific hybridization and selection.
