Dr. Muhammad Asghar Sial: 20+ years in education, a mentor, and a dynamic force in academia. He holds an M.Phil in Urdu & Iqbaliat, as well as an LLB from BZU Multan, showcasing his multifaceted approach to education. His academic journey reached its pinnacle with a Ph.D. from the University of Karachi, solidifying his status as a scholar in the field. As a mentor and teacher trainer in the Punjab Education Department, he has significantly influenced the educational landscape, shaping the minds of future generations. His commitment to academic excellence is further exemplified by his role as the Head of the Department of Urdu and Iqbaliat at Bahawalnagar Campus. As Deputy Director of Students Affairs, Faculty of Arts & Languages and prolific researcher, he has significantly contributed to the academic discourse, as HEC  approved supervisor with 16 articles published in international and national HEC-approved journals and a notable book titled “KARWAN JAMAAY URDU MAZAMEEN." His active participation in over 15 national and international conferences highlights his dedication to advancing knowledge and fostering intellectual exchange. His role as the associate editor of HEC-approved PAYAM (Research Journal of Iqbal Studies) and his position as the Coordinator of the PhD Iqbal Studies Programme underscore his influence in shaping the academic landscape. His unique blend of academic prowess and creative flair as a calligraphist sets him apart, making him an invaluable asset to the Department of Iqbal Studies.
