Dr. Rashid Hussain is working as Assistant Professor in Department of Horticultural Sciences, Faculty of Agriculture and Environment, The Islamia University of Bahawalpur, Pakistan. Dr. Rashid did his PhD (Horticulture) from University of Agriculture, Faisalabad (UAF). Dr. Rashid has completed one research project funded by Higher Education Commission of Pakistan (HEC). Dr. Rashid has published 26 research paper in different National/International (HEC Recognized/ Impact Factor) Journals. He was awarded Research Fellowship under IRSIP (HEC, Pakistan) (2015) for United States of America (USA). He is also HEC Approved PhD Supervisor. Dr. Rashid has been assigned the following duties in addition to his own duties, In-charge Students Affairs, Co-Incharge Experimental Area of Horticulture, In-charge Departmental Publicity Matters for R&D and Social Media, In-charge Alumni Affairs, Focal Person for Online Quality Education, Focal Person and Resource Person for Executive Training Center (ETC) and Co-advisor, Environment Protection Society (EPS).
