About

Born in Chishtian, a city of Punjab, Pakistan, Zohaib Ahmad completed his early education from his home town. He completed his doctorate as well as Masters and Bachelors from the Department of Comparative Religion, International Islamic University (IIU), Islamabad, Pakistan. He learned from the notable scholars such as Anis Ahmad, Imtiyaz Zafar, Nabil Foli, Muhammad Akram, Muhammad Modassir Ali, and Khursheed Ahmad. The academic environment of IIU played a major role in his mental grooming. It was where he decided to select the Study of World Religions as his major specialization. In the university, he learned English, Arabic, and Hindi languages. Before joining the Islamia University of Bahawalpur, he served as Assistant Professor in the University of Sialkot and as a Lecturer in the University of Lahore.
