Game District, an emerging mobile games leader company, will establish a game studio at the Islamia University of Bahawalpur. This was agreed during the visit of Engr. Prof. Dr. Athar Mahboob, Vice Chancellor to Games District Office in Lahore today. On this occasion, the CEO Games District Mr. Saad Hameed briefed that his company has a project alliance with the world renowned companies like NFL, Hobbits, LEGO, and Outfit7 to produce outstanding mobile games. Engr. Prof. Dr. Athar Mahboob said that mobile games development companies are playing a significant role in Digital Learning & Information Technology and contributing in the economy. Both sides agreed to promote mobile games through mutual collaboration, and Game District will provide necessary equipment worth Rs.2 million to establish a mobile game studio at the Islamia University of Bahawalpur. Mr. Rizwan Majeed, Director IT, the Islamia University of Bahawalpur and Mr. Umair Majeed CEO Ditecs AI were also present on this occasion. Mr. Rizwan Majeed said that during the recent years, the Islamia University of Bahawalpur has shown tremendous progress in IT education and research, and federal, provincial as well as renowned IT companies are offering support to promote joint ventures in this sector. The Islamia University of Bahawalpur is already engaged with federal IT Ministry, Punjab Information Technology Board, Punjab Software Export Board, and other organizations on various projects. Vice Chancellor's visit to the Game District was also connected with the University's efforts to explore opportunities in the latest fields of information Technology.

ابھرتی ہوئی موبائل گیمز لیڈر کمپنی گیم ڈسٹرکٹ اسلامیہ یونیورسٹی بہاولپور میں موبائل گیمز اسٹوڈیو قائم کرے گی۔ وائس چانسلر اسلامیہ یونیورسٹی بہاول پور انجینئر پروفیسر ڈاکٹر اطہر محبوب نے گزشتہ روز گیمز ڈسٹرکٹ آفس لاہور کا دورہ  کیا۔ اس موقع پر سی ای او گیمز ڈسٹرکٹ سعد حمید نے بتایا کہ ان کی کمپنی کا بہترین موبائل گیمز تیار کرنے کے لیے NFL، Hobbits، LEGO اور Outfit7 جیسی دنیا کی مشہور کمپنیوں کے ساتھ پراجیکٹ الائنس ہے۔ انجینئر پروفیسر ڈاکٹر اطہر محبوب نے کہا کہ موبائل گیمز ڈویلپمنٹ کمپنیاں ڈیجیٹل لرننگ اور انفارمیشن ٹیکنالوجی میں نمایاں کردار ادا کر رہی ہیں اور معیشت میں اپنا حصہ ڈال رہی ہیں۔ دونوں اطراف نے باہمی تعاون کے ذریعے موبائل گیمز کو فروغ دینے پر اتفاق کیا گیا اور گیم ڈسٹرکٹ لاہور اسلامیہ یونیورسٹی بہاول پور میں موبائل گیم اسٹوڈیو کے قیام کے لیے 20 لاکھ روپے کا ضروری سامان فراہم کرے گا۔ اس موقع پر اسلامیہ یونیورسٹی بہاولپور کے ڈائریکٹر آئی ٹی رضوان مجید اور ڈائٹیکس اے آئی کے سی ای او عمیر مجید بھی موجود تھے۔ رضوان مجید نے کہا کہ حالیہ برسوں کے دوران اسلامیہ یونیورسٹی بہاولپور نے آئی ٹی کی تعلیم اور تحقیق میں شاندار ترقی کی ہے اور اس شعبے میں مشترکہ منصوبوں کو فروغ دینے کے لیے وفاقی، صوبائی اور معروف آئی ٹی کمپنیاں تعاون کی پیشکش کر رہی ہیں۔ اسلامیہ یونیورسٹی بہاولپور پہلے ہی وفاقی وزارت آئی ٹی، پنجاب انفارمیشن ٹیکنالوجی بورڈ، پنجاب سافٹ ویئر ایکسپورٹ بورڈ اور دیگر اداروں کے ساتھ مختلف منصوبوں پر کام کر رہی ہے۔
