Government of Pakistan has increased the number of scholarships from 4 to 14 for the students of Nursing College, IUB

The Federal Ministry of Education and Vocational Training, Government of Pakistan has increased the number of scholarships from 4 to 14 for the students of Nursing College, the Islamia University of Bahawalpur under the National Endowment Fund for Talent. These scholarships are awarded for the Nursing Scholarship Program for the year 2023-24. An award letter has been issued in this regard. This is the largest number of scholarships provided by the Federal Ministry of Education for Nursing College of any university. University College of Nursing, the Islamia University of Bahawalpur is a state-of-the-art institution of nursing education in the country and the Islamia University of Bahawalpur is where the nursing college was established. This college is the fruit of the leadership and guidance of Vice Chancellor Engr. Prof. Dr. Athar Mahboob. The Vice-Chancellor visited nursing colleges across the country for the establishment of this college, appointed a team of highly qualified teachers and equipped with modern laboratories and classrooms and facilities, the institution of nursing is making the name of the Islamia University of Bahawalpur famous at the national and international level. An accredited institution from the Pakistan Nursing Council will play a key role in providing quality trained manpower in the field of nursing both domestically and internationally. Vice Chancellor Engr. Prof. Dr. Athar Mahboob has appreciated the efforts of Principal College Farhan Mukhtar for playing a significant role in obtaining scholarships and congratulated the teachers and students.

وفاقی وزارت تعلیم و پیشہ ورانہ شہ ورانہ تربیت حکومت پاکستان نے نیشنل اینڈاؤمنٹ فنڈ برائے ٹیلنٹ کے تحت نرسنگ کالج اسلامیہ یونیورسٹی بہاولپور کے طلباء وطالبات کے لیئے وظائف کی تعداد غیر معمولی طور پر 4 سے بڑھا کر 14 کر دی ہے۔ یہ وظائف نرسنگ سکالر شپ پروگرام سال 24-2023 کیلئے دئے گئے ہیں۔ اس سلسلے میں ایوارڈ لیٹر جاری کر دیا ہے۔ وفاقی وزارت تعلیم کی جانب سے کسی بھی یونیورسٹی کے نرسنگ کالج کیلئے فراہم کئے گئے سکالرشپس کی سب سے بڑی تعداد ہے۔ نرسنگ کالج اسلامیہ یونیورسٹی بہاولپور ملک میں نرسنگ کی  تعلیم کا اسٹیٹ آف دی آرٹ ادارہ ہے اور اسلامیہ یونیورسٹی بہاول پور ملک جہاں نرسنگ کالج قائم کیا گیا۔ یہ کالج وائس چانسلر انجینئر پروفیسر ڈاکٹر اطہر محبوب کی قیادت اور رہنمائی کا ثمر ہے۔ وائس چانسلر نے اس کالج کے قیام کے لیے ملک بھر کے نرسنگ کالجز کا دورہ کیا، انتہائی قابل اساتذہ کی ٹیم کا تقرر کیا اور جدید لیبارٹریوں اور کلاسرومز و سہولیات سے آراستہ نرسنگ کا ادارہ ملکی اور عالمی سطح پر اسلامیہ یونیورسٹی بہاولپور کا نام روشن کو کر رہا ہے۔ پاکستان نرسنگ کونسل سے مستند ادارہ نرسنگ کے شعبہ میں ملکی اور غیر ملکی سطح پر معیاری تربیت یافتہ افرادی قوت کی فراہمی میں کلیدی کردار ادا کر گا۔ وائس چانسلر انجینئر پروفیسر ڈاکٹر اطہر محبوب نے سکالر شپس کے حصول میں نمایاں کردار ادا کرنے پر پرنسپل کالج فرحان مختار کی کاوشوں کو سراہا ہے اور اساتذہ و طلباء وطالبات کو خصوصی مبارکباد دی ہے۔
