Great achievement of the student of the Islamia University of Bahawalpur

Engr. Prof. Dr. Athar Mahboob, Vice Chancellor, the Islamia University of Bahawalpur has congratulated Iqra Fatima, a student from the Islamia University of Bahawalpur, on her success in winning the 6th Huawei ICT Competition 2021-22 in China. Prof. Dr. Athar Mahboob said that if there is true dedication, every success can be achieved. He said that Iqra Fatima, a student belonging to Islamia University Bahawalpur, has made the name of not only the university but also her parents and the region bright. Iqra Fatima is studying in the Department of Telecommunication Engineering, the Islamia University of Bahawalpur and she won this competition along with two students from Jamshoro Sindh. This year 12 thousand youth participated in the competition. The winning team got 20 thousand dollars and mobile phones. It is worth mentioning that the Huawei ICT Competition is held every year in the city of Shenzhen, China, and young people from all over the world participate in this competition. In total, 150,000 young people from all over the world participated in the competition, belonging to 85 countries from two thousand different universities from different countries. Pro-Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr. Naveed Akhtar, Registrar Prof. Dr. Moazzam Jamil, Dean Faculty of Engineering Prof. Dr. Muhammad Amjad, Chairman Ali Telecommunication Engineering Department Dr. Muhammad Ali Qureshi, Director Students Affairs Rizwan Majeed have congratulated on this success.

انجینئر پروفیسرڈاکٹر اطہر محبوب،وائس چانسلر اسلامیہ یونیورسٹی بہاولپورنے چین میں ہونے والے چھٹے Huawei آئی سی ٹی کمپیٹیشن2021-22 میں اسلامیہ یونیورسٹی بہاولپور سے تعلق رکھنے والی طالبہ اقراء فاطمہ کو  کامیابی حاصل کرنے پر مبارکباد دی ہے۔ پروفیسرڈاکٹر اطہر محبوب نے کہا کہ اگر منزل کے لئے سچی لگن ہو تو ہر کامیابی حاصل کی جا سکتی ہے۔ انہوں نے کہا کہ اسلامیہ یونیورسٹی بہاولپور سے تعلق رکھنے والی طالبہ اقراء فاطمہ نے نہ صرف یونیورسٹی بلکہ اپنے والدین اورعلاقے کا نام بھی روشن کیا ہے۔انہو ں نے کہا کہ اسلامیہ یونیورسٹی بہاولپور کے طلباؤطالبات اور فیکلٹی ممبران کو سازگار ماحول میسر ہے جس کی بدولت وہ تدریس وتحقیق میں دلجمعی سے کام کر رہے ہیں اور دنیا بھر میں اپنانام کما رہے ہیں۔ اقراء فاطمہ اسلامیہ یونیورسٹی بہاولپور کے شعبہ ٹیلی کمیونیکیشن انجینئرنگ سے تعلق رکھتی ہیں اور انہوں نے جامشورو سندھ سے تعلق رکھنے والے دو طلباء کے ہمراہ یہ مقابلہ جیتا۔ اس سال مقابلے میں بھر سے 12ہزار نوجوانوں نے حصہ لیا۔ جیتنے والی ٹیم کو 20 ہزار ڈالراورموبائل فون دیے گئے۔ یہ بات قابلِ ذکر ہے کہ Huawei آئی سی ٹی کمپیٹیشن ہر سال چین کے شہر شن یانگ میں منعقد ہوتا ہے اوردنیابھرسے نوجوان اس مقابلے میں حصہ لیتے ہیں۔ مجموعی طورپر دنیا بھر سے ایک لاکھ پچاس ہزار نوجوانوں نے مقابلے میں حصہ لیا جن کا تعلق پچاسی ممالک کی دوہزارمختلف جامعات سے تھا۔اس کامیابی پر پرووائس چانسلر پروفیسرڈاکٹر نویداختر،رجسٹرارپروفیسرڈاکٹرمعظم جمیل، ڈین فیکلٹی آف انجینئرنگ پروفیسرڈاکٹرمحمدامجد، چئیرمین شعبہ ٹیلی کمیونیکیشن انجینئرنگ ڈاکٹرمحمدعلی قریشی، ڈائریکٹرسٹوڈنٹس افئیرزرضوان مجید نے مبارکباد دی ہے
