PhD Open Defense at CIDS 

In continuation of IUB efforts to maintain a normal pace of academic activities during COVID-19 epidemic the Cholistan Institute of Desert Studies (CIDS) is organizing an on-line PhD defense Via Zoom at 11. 00 am on Dec. 17, 2020.

Mr. Abdul Hamid will defend his PhD work entitled, “Seed Bank and Vegetation Processes in Cholistan Desert.” Mr. Abdul Hamid completed his thesis under the kind supervision of Dr. Muhammad Arshad (Late) and his is Co-Supervisor Prof. Dr. Mansoor Hameed from the Botany Department of the University of Agriculture, Faisalabad. His external examiners are:-

1.         Prof. Dr. Mumtaz Hussain, Botany Department, University of Agriculture, Faisalabad

2.         Prof. Dr. Muhammad Arshad, Chairman, Botany Department, University of Arid Agriculture, Murree Road, Rawalpindi
