In Times Higher Education's Impact SDGs Ranking 2023, Islamia University Bahawalpur has achieved a prominent position across Pakistan. In the newly released ranking, Islamia University Bahawalpur has been included in the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals with a score of 54.2 out of 1590 universities in the world, while maintaining the continuity of the achievements of the last three years with various goals at the national and international levels. Engr. Prof. Dr. Athar Mahboob, Vice Chancellor, the Islamia University of Bahawalpur has congratulated the teachers, employees and students, calling the extraordinary progress in the Impact Ranking in the last three years as a precursor to the sustainable development of the university and the best future. With a score of 54.8 in quality education, Islamia University Bahawalpur's inclusion in 600-401 global universities is a testament to the excellent quality of education. He said that Islamia University Bahawalpur has achieved the Sustainable Development Goals of the United Nations which actually reflect the university's high quality of teaching and research, social and economic service and outreach. Acknowledgment of the performance of the university in these goals by a renowned international organization is undoubtedly a proof of the performance of the Islamia University of Bahawalpur. Director Quality Enhancement Cell Prof. Dr. Asadullah Madani said that the progress made in the last four years under the leadership of the Vice Chancellor Engr. Prof. Dr. Athar Mahboob is clearly evident in the annual ranking of Times Higher Education. The score of the Islamia University of Bahawalpur was 40.6 in 2021, 53.3 in 2022 and 54.2 in 2023. In quality education, the Islamia University of Bahawalpur scored 401-600 with 54.8, gender equality 401-600 with 54.2 score, responsible production and consumption with 50.1 core 301-400 ranking and climate action score 27.2 with 401-600. 301-400 in poverty eradication, 201-300 with 49.5 score in hunger eradication, 801-1000 with 33.5 score in good health and well-being, 401-600 with 41.0 score in clean water and sanitation, 401-600 with 50.3 score in affordability and clean energy, good work and economic 601-800 with a score of 43.6 in Development, 601-800 with a score of 32 in Industry, Innovation and Infrastructure, 601-800 with a score of 33.6 in the Inequality Reduction category, 401-600 with a score of 40.0 in Sustainable Cities and Communities, 401+ with a score of 13.2 in Life Under Water, Earth life 401+ ranking with a score of 34.1, 601-800 with a score of 44.9 in Peace, Justice and Strong Institutions and 801-1000 with a score of 49 in Partnership for the Goals.

ٹائمز ہائر ایجوکیشن کی ایمپیکٹ ایس ڈی جیز رینکنگ 2023 میں اسلامیہ یونیورسٹی بہاول پور نے پاکستان بھر میں نمایاں پوزیشن حاصل کی ہے۔ نئی جاری ہونے والی درجہ بندی میں اسلامیہ یونیورسٹی بہاول پور قومی اور عالمی سطح پر مختلف اہداف گزشتہ تین برس کی کامیابیوں کا تسلسل برقرار  رکھتے ہوئے دنیا کی 1590 جامعات میں 54.2 سکور کے ساتھ اقوام متحدہ کے دیر پا ترقی کے اہداف میں 1000-801 جامعات میں شامل ہوئی ہے۔ انجینئر پروفیسر ڈاکٹر اطہر محبوب وائس چانسلر اسلامیہ یونیورسٹی بہاول پور نے گزشتہ تین برسوں میں ایمپیکٹ رینکنگ (Impact Ranking) میں غیر معمولی ترقی کو یونیورسٹی کی پائیدار ترقی اور بہترین مستقبل کا پیش خیمہ قرار دیتے ہوئے اساتذہ کرام ، ملازمین اور طلباء و طالبات کو مبارکباد دی ہے۔ کوالٹی ایجوکیشن میں سکور 54.8 کے ساتھ 600- 401 عالمی جامعات میں شمولیت اسلامیہ یونیورسٹی بہاول پور کے بہترین معیارِ تعلیم کا غماز ہے ۔انہوں نے کہا کہ اسلامیہ یونیورسٹی بہاول پور نے اقوام متحدہ کے دیرپا ترقی کے اہداف جو اصل میں یونیورسٹی کی تدریس اور تحقیق کے اعلیٰ معیار ،سماجی اور معاشی خدمت اور رسائی کو ظاہر کرتے ہیں۔ ان اہداف میں یونیورسٹی کی کارکردگی کو نامور عالمی اِدارے کی جانب سے تسلیم کیا جانا بلا شبہ جامعہ اسلامیہ کی کارکردگی کا منہ بولتا ثبوت ہے۔ ڈائریکٹر کوالٹ انہانسمنٹ سیل پروفیسر ڈاکٹر اسد اللہ مدنی نے کہا کہ وائس چانسلر کی قیادت ورہنمائی میں گزشتہ چار برسوں میں ہونے والی ترقی ٹائمز ہائر ایجوکیشن کی سالانہ رینکنگ میں واضح طور پر عیاں ہے۔ 2021 میں اسلامیہ یونیورسٹی بہاول پور کا سکور 40.6 تھا، 2022 میں 53.3 اور 2023 میں 54.2 ہو گیا ۔ کوالٹی ایجوکیشن میں اسلامیہ یونیورسٹی بہاول پور کا سکور 54.8 کے ساتھ 600-401، صنفی مساوات میں 54.2 سکور کے ساتھ 601-401، ذمہ دارانہ پیداوار اور کھپت میں 50.1 کور کے ساتھ 400-301 درجہ بندی اور کلائمیٹ ایکشن میں سکور 27.2 کے ساتھ 600-401 ہو گیا ہے۔ غربت کے خاتمہ میں301 سے 400، بھوک کے خاتمے میں 49.5 سکور کے ساتھ 300-201 گُڈ ہیلتھ اینڈ ویلبینگ میں 33.5 کور کے ساتھ 1000-801، صاف پانی اور صفائی میں41.0 سکور کے ساتھ 600-401، سستی اور پیور توانائی میں 50.3 سکور کے ساتھ 600-401، اچھا کام اور اقتصادی ترقی میں 43.6 سکور کے ساتھ 800-601، صنعت، انوویشن اور انفراسٹرکچر میں 32 سکور کے ساتھ 800-601 درجہ بندی، عدم مساوات میں کمی کی کیٹیگری میں 33.6 سکور کے ساتھ 800-601، پائیدار شہر اور کمیونٹیز میں 40.0 کور کے ساتھ 600-401، پانی کے نیچے زندگی میں 13.2 سکور  کے ساتھ +401، زمین کی زندگی میں34.1 سکور کے ساتھ+401 درجہ بندی ، امن، انصاف اور مضبوط ادارے میں 44.9 سکور کے ساتھ 800-601 اور اہداف کے لیے شراکت داری میں49 سکور کے ساتھ 1000-801 درجہ بندی پر آ گئی ہے۔
