Bahawalpur ( ) Under the direction of Prof. Dr. Naveed Akhtar, Vice Chancellor the Islamia University of Bahawalpur, Dean Faculty of Arabic and Islamic Studies Prof. Dr. Sheikh Shafiqur Rehman and Dean Faculty of Law Prof. Dr. Rao Imran Habib in collaboration with Department of Translation Studies and Law Society a four-day Fahm-e-Quran short course was organized at Ghulam Muhammad Ghotvi Hall, Abbasia Campus. Dr. Aas Muhammad, Deputy Director, Students Affairs, Faculty of Law, was the organizer of this activity. Informing him about the details of the program, he said that the Holy Quran and all the divine books were revealed in the holy month of Ramadan. The purpose of organizing this activity for students in the month of Ramadan is to make them aware of Quranic teachings. Dr. Muhammad Asad from the Department of Sharia and Law said that the organization of Fahm-e-Qur'an short course workshop is a good initiative. Through this workshop, the students developed love and ability to understand the Qur'an. Dr. Muhammad Shoaib ISA Department of Law, Faculty of Law including Dr. Imtiaz Hussain and a large number of students participated. Course Instructor Muhammad Saleem Lecturer Department of Translation Studies appreciated the passion and enthusiasm of the students in Fahm-e-Qur'an short course and thanked the teachers, students and management of the Faculty of Law.

بہاول پور ( ) پروفیسر ڈاکٹر نوید اختر وائس چانسلر اسلامیہ یونیورسٹی بہاولپور کی ہدایت پر ڈین فیکلٹی آف عریبک اینڈ اسلامک اسٹڈیز پروفیسر ڈاکٹر شیخ شفیق الرحمن اور ڈین لاء پروفیسر ڈاکٹر راو عمران حبیب کی سرپرستی میں ڈیپارٹمنٹ آف ٹرانسلیشن اسٹڈیز اور لاء سوسائٹی کے باہمی اشتراک سے چار روزہ فہمِ قرآن شارٹ کورس کا غلام محمد گھوٹوی ہال عباسیہ کیمپس میں انعقاد کیا گیا۔ ڈاکٹر آس محمد ڈپٹی ڈائریکٹر سٹوڈنٹس افیئرز فیکلٹی آف لاء اس سرگرمی کے منتظم تھے۔ انہوں نے اس پروگرام کی تفصیلات سے آگاہ کرتے ہوئے کہا کہ قرآن کریم اور تمام آسمانی کتب کا نزول رمضان المبارک کے مقدس مہینے میں ہوا۔ ماہ صیام میں طلباء و طالبات کے لئے اس سرگرمی کے انعقاد کا مقصد انہیں قرآنی تعلیمات سے روشناس کرانا ہے۔ ڈیپارٹمنٹ آف شریعہ اینڈ لاء سے ڈاکٹر محمد اسد نے کہا کہ فہمِ قرآن شارٹ کورس ورکشاپ کا انعقاد ایک اچھا اقدام ہے۔ اس ورکشاپ کے ذریعہ سے طلباء کے اندر قرآن سے محبت اور اس کو سمجھنے کی صلاحیت پیدا ہوئی۔ ڈاکٹر محمد شعیب آئی ایس اے ڈیپارٹمنٹ آف لاء، ڈاکٹر امتیاز حسین سمیت فیکلٹی آف لاء کے اساتذہ اور کثیر تعداد میں طلباء نے شرکت کی۔ کورس انسٹرکٹر محمد سلیم لیکچرار ڈیپارٹمنٹ آف ٹرانسلیشن اسٹڈیز نے فہمِ قرآن شارٹ کورس میں طلباء کے جذبہ اور ذوق و شوق کو سراہتے ہوئے فیکلٹی آف لاء کے اساتذہ، طلباء اور انتظامیہ کا شکریہ ادا کیا۔
