IUB student Vinash Madan participated in the Pakistan-Nepal International Model United Nations session

Vinash Madan, a student of BS Computer Science, Institute of Distance Education, the Islamia University of Bahawalpur, participated in the Pakistan-Nepal International Model United Nations session. In this regard, only eight students were selected out of thousands of applicants from across the country to represent Pakistan. Jamia student Vinash Madan was the only student selected from Punjab province. He represented his university and organization at the Everest International Model United Nations. Everest International Model UN provides a platform for young leaders to develop skills in diplomacy, negotiation, public speaking and critical thinking. The purpose of the conference is to promote peace, cooperation and cultural exchange while promoting understanding of international relations and the functioning of the United Nations. Vinash Madan has already represented his community, organization and university at various national and international forums including Turkey, Bangladesh and Bangkok. Their participation in the Everest International Model United Nations highlights the global impact and leadership potential of Islamia University Bahawalpur and Pakistan students.  Vice Chancellor Professor Dr. Naveed Akhtar, Dean Professor Dr. Nasreen Akhtar congratulated the student Vinash Madan on this honor.

بی ایس کمپیوٹر سائنس، انسٹی ٹیوٹ آف ڈسٹینس ایجوکیشن اسلامیہ یونیورسٹی بہاولپور کے طالب علم ونیش مدن نے پاکستان سے نیپال بین الاقوامی اقوام متحدہ ماڈل سیشن میں شرکت کی۔ اس سلسلے میں پاکستان کی نمائندگی کے لئے ملک بھر سے ہزاروں درخواست دہندگان میں سے صرف آٹھ افراد کو منتخب کیا گیا۔ جامعہ کے طالب علم ونیش مدن صوبہ پنجاب سے منتخب ہونیوالے واحد طالب علم تھے۔ وہ ایورسٹ انٹرنیشنل ماڈل اقوام متحدہ میں اپنی یونیورسٹی اور تنظیم کی نمائندگی کی۔ ایورسٹ بین الاقوامی ماڈل اقوام متحدہ نوجوان رہنماؤں کو سفارت کاری، گفت و شنید، عوامی تقریر اور تنقیدی سوچ میں مہارتوں کو فروغ دینے کے لیے ایک پلیٹ فارم فراہم کرتا ہے۔ کانفرنس کا مقصد بین الاقوامی تعلقات اور اقوام متحدہ کے کام کاج کے بارے میں تفہیم کو فروغ دینے کے ساتھ امن، تعاون اور ثقافتی تبادلے کو فروغ دینا ہے۔ ونیش مدن پہلے ہی ترکی، بنگلہ دیش اور بنکاک سمیت متعدد قومی اور بین الاقوامی فورمز پر اپنی کمیونٹی، تنظیم اور یونیورسٹی کی نمائندگی کرچکے ہیں۔  ایورسٹ انٹرنیشنل ماڈل اقوام متحدہ میں ان کی شرکت اسلامیہ یونیورسٹی بہاولپور اور پاکستان کے طلباء کے عالمی اثرات اور قائدانہ صلاحیتوں کو اجاگر کرتی ہے۔ وائس چانسلر پروفیسر ڈاکٹر نوید اختر، ڈین پروفیسر ڈاکٹر نسرین اختر نے اس اعزاز پر طالب علم ونیش مدن کو مبارکباد دی ہے۔
