The Islamia University of Bahawalpur and the National Highway and Motorway Police organized a prestigious event at the Baghdad-ul-Jadeed Campus. Nadeem Ashraf Warraich Sector Commander National Highway and Motorway Police N-5 Central to Multan was the chief guest on the occasion. Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr. Athar Mahboob and Nadeem Ashraf Warraich Sector Commander signed a Memorandum of Understanding on behalf of their respective institutions. The mobile unit of the Motorway Police will create awareness among the teachers and students of the Islamia University of Bahawalpur regarding road safety. Seminars, lectures and awareness walks on road safety will be formally launched. Internship facility will be provided to the students of the Islamia University of Bahawalpur. In addition, the two institutions will conduct training programs and the Executive Training Center will provide assistance in this regard. In this regard, special posters have been hung on the outer wall of Abbasia Campus regarding traffic rules and awareness. On the occasion, National Highway and Motorway Police contingent presented guard of honor to Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr. Athar Mahboob, Sector Commander Nadeem Ashraf Warraich and Pro Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr. Naveed Akhtar, DSP Motorway and Highway Police Rizwan Shah, Dean Faculty of Science Prof. Dr. Shazia Anjum, Registrar Prof. Moazzam Jamil, Treasurer Prof. Dr. Abu Bakar, Controller Examinations Prof. Dr. Sajjad Ahmad Paracha, senior officers and students were present on the occasion.

اسلامیہ یونیورسٹی بہاولپور اور نیشنل ہائی وے اینڈ موٹروے پولیس میں باہمی اشتراک کے لیے بغدادلجدید کیمپس میں ایک پروقار تقریب کا اہتمام کیا۔ اس موقع پر ندیم اشرف وڑائچ سیکٹر کمانڈر نیشنل ہائی وے اینڈ موٹروے پولیس N-5سنٹرل ٹو ملتان مہمان خصوصی تھے۔ وائس چانسلر پروفیسر ڈاکٹر اطہر محبوب اور ندیم اشرف وڑائچ سیکٹر کمانڈر نے اپنے اداروں کی جانب سے مفاہمتی یاداشت پر دستخط کیے۔ موٹر وے پولیس کا موبائل یونٹ اسلامیہ یونیورسٹی بہاولپور کے اساتذہ اور طلباء میں روڈ سیفٹی کے حوالے سے آگاہی پیدا کرے گا۔ روڈ سیفٹی کے حوالے سے سیمینار، لیکچر ز اور آگاہی واک کا باقاعدہ آغاز کیا جائے گا۔ اسلامیہ یونیورسٹی بہاولپور کے طلباء وطالبات کو انٹرنشپ کی سہولت فراہم کی جائے گی۔ اس کے علاوہ دونوں ادارے تربیتی پروگرام منعقد کریں گے اور ایگزیکٹو ٹریننگ سنٹر اس سلسلے میں معاونت فراہم کرے گا۔ اسی سلسلے میں ٹریفک کے قوانین اور آگاہی کے حوالے سے عباسیہ کیمپس کی بیرونی دیوار پر خصوصی پوسٹر آویزاں کیے گئے ہیں۔ اس موقع پر نیشنل ہائی وے اینڈ موٹر وے پولیس کے دستے نے وائس چانسلر پروفیسر ڈاکٹر اطہر محبوب، سیکٹر کمانڈر ندیم اشرف وڑائچ اور پرو وائس چانسلر پروفیسر ڈاکٹر نوید اختر کو گارڈ آف آنر پیش کیا اور سلامی دی۔ تقریب میں ڈی ایس پی موٹر وے اینڈ ہائی وے پولیس رضوان شاہ،ڈین فیکلٹی آف سائنس پروفیسر ڈاکٹر شازیہ انجم، رجسٹرار پروفیسر معظم جمیل، خزانہ دار پروفیسر ڈاکٹر ابوبکر، کنٹرولر امتحانات پروفیسر ڈاکٹر سجاد احمد پراچہ، سینئر افسران اور طلباء وطالبات موجود تھے۔
