Signing of MoU between IUB and Multan Flying Club

Bahawalpur: A memorandum of understanding was signed between the Islamia University of Bahawalpur and Multan Flying Club for mutual cooperation in the field of aviation. The memorandum was signed by Vice Chancellor, the Islamia University of Bahawalpur Engr. Prof. Dr. Athar Mahboob and Operations Manager Multan Flying Club, Multan International Airport Multan Captain Retired Syed Amin Pasha. Dean Faculty of Engineering Prof. Dr. Muhammad Amjad, Dr. Abid Shehzad, Director International Linkages and faculty members were present on this occasion. The purpose of the agreement is to get practical support from the aviation industry for the BS Aviation Sciences program at the Islamia University of Bahawalpur so that the faculty and students can be aware of the latest developments in the field of aviation. The curriculum of BS Aviation Sciences will be designed according to the requirements of Pakistan Civil Aviation Authority and classrooms and practical training facilities will be provided to the students. Similarly, issues related to admissions and teaching activities will also be decided through mutual cooperation. Multan Flying Club will provide technical support and laboratory facilities in this regard. Facilities of Multan Flying Club will be provided for training purposes. Similarly, three years of on-the-job training will be provided to university students. In this regard, implementation of aviation standards and quality control will be ensured.

بہاول پور:اسلامیہ یونیورسٹی بہاول پور اور ملتان فلائنگ کلب کے مابین ہوا بازی کے شعبے میں باہمی تعاون و اشتراک کے لیے گزشتہ دنوں مفاہمتی یادداشت پر دستخط ہوئے۔ یادداشت پر وائس چانسلر اسلامیہ یونیورسٹی بہاول پور انجینئر پروفیسر ڈاکٹر اطہر محبوب اورآپریشن مینجرملتان فلائنگ کلب، ملتان انٹرنیشنل ایئر پورٹ ملتان کپٹن ریٹائرڈ سید امین پاشا نے دستخط کیے۔ اس موقع پر ڈین فیکلٹی آف انجینئرنگ پروفیسر ڈاکٹر محمد امجد، ڈاکٹر عابد شہزادڈائریکٹر انٹرنیشنل لنکجز اور فیکلٹی ممبران موجود تھے۔ معاہدے کا مقصد اسلامیہ یونیورسٹی بہاول پور میں بی ایس ایوی ایشن سائنسز پروگرام کے لیے ایوی ایشن انڈسٹری سے عملی تعاون حاصل کرنا ہے تاکہ فیکلٹی اور طلباء و طالبات ہوا بازی کے شعبے میں جدید ترین پیش رفت سے آگاہ ہو سکیں۔ بی ایس ایوی ایشن سائنسز کے نصاب کو پاکستان سول ایوی ایشن اتھارٹی کی ضروریات کے مطابق تشکیل دیا جائے گا اور طلباء و طالبات کو کلاس رومزاور عملی تربیت کی سہولیات فراہم کی جائیں گی۔ اسی طرح داخلوں اور تدریسی سرگرمیوں سے متعلق امور بھی باہمی تعاون سے طے کیے جائیں گے۔ ملتان فلائنگ کلب اس سلسلے میں تکنیکی معاونت اور لیبارٹری کی سہولیات فراہم کرے گا۔ مستند وزٹینگ فیکلٹی کا دستیاب یقینی بنایا جائے گا۔ تربیتی مقاصد کے لیے ملتان فلائنگ کلب کی سہولیات فراہم کی جائیں گی۔ اسی طرح یونیورسٹی طلباء وطالبات کو تین سال کی آن جاب ٹریننگ فراہم کی جائے گی۔ اس سلسلے میں ہوا بازی کے معیارات اورکوالٹی کنٹرول پر عملدرآمد یقینی بنایا جائے گا۔
