Souvenir Shop Inaugurated at IUB

Prof. Dr. Athar Mahboob, Vice Chancellor, the Islamia University of Bahawalpur has inaugurated a souvenir shop at the Department of Business Management and Administrative Sciences. Graduate student Hunzala Ahmad as an entrepreneur has set up a souvenir shop at the Islamia University of Bahawalpur where Islamia University brand, various gifts including cups, pins, different models of university building and gate and different models of Bahawalpur city have been made. There are also T-shirts and other everyday items. The Vice Chancellor said that this is a successful entrepreneurial model in which a social purpose also emerges and the brand and identity of the university will create a new relationship among the people and it is an entrepreneurial endeavor. This will inspire other young people and they will start their own small and medium businesses, the income from which will be a source of prosperity. Dean Faculty of Management Sciences Prof. Dr. Jawad Iqbal and faculty members were also present on the occasion.

پروفیسر ڈاکٹر اطہر محبوب وائس چانسلر اسلامیہ یونیورسٹی بہاولپور نے شعبہ انسٹی ٹیوٹ آف بزنس مینجمنٹ اینڈ ایڈمنسٹریٹو سائنسز میں گفٹ شاپ کا افتتاح کیاہے۔ گریجویٹ طالب علم حنظلہ احمدنے بطور انٹرپرینیور اسلامیہ یونیورسٹی بہاولپور میں گفٹ شاپ قائم کی ہے جہاں اسلامیہ یونیورسٹی برانڈ، مختلف تحائف جس میں کپ، پن، یونیورسٹی کی بلڈنگ اورگیٹ کے مختلف ماڈلز اوربہاولپور شہر کے مختلف ماڈلز بنائے گئے ہیں۔ اس کے علاوہ ٹی شرٹ اور دوسری روزمرہ کے استعمال کی اشیاء بھی موجود ہیں۔ وائس چانسلر نے کہا کہ یہ ایک کامیاب انٹرپرنیوریل ماڈل ہے جس میں ایک سوشل مقصد بھی سامنے آتا ہے اور یونیورسٹی کی برانڈ اور شناخت سے لوگوں میں نیا تعلق بنے گا اور یہ ایک انٹرپرنیوریل کاوش ہے۔ جس سے دوسرے نوجوانوں کی بھی حوصلہ افزائی ہوگی اور وہ اپنے سمال اور میڈیم کاروبار شروع کریں گے جس سے حاصل ہونے والی آمدنی سو سائٹی میں خوشحالی کا ذریعہ بننے گی۔ اس موقع پر ڈین فیکلٹی آف مینجمنٹ سائنسز پروفیسر ڈاکٹر جواد اقبال بھی موجود تھے۔
