Students from the Department of Zoology, IUB Created Eco-Friendly Products from Beeswax and Honey"

Bahawalpur (PR) The students of the Department of Zoology, the Islamia University of Bahawalpur, under the supervision of Mudassar Maqbool, lecturer of their course “Economic Zoology”, have for the first time made products from raw materials obtained from animals that are made from pure natural ingredients. These include organic soup, antimicrobial toffees useful for the throat, different types of waxes and candles. The aim of these products is to create jobs instead of finding jobs so that students of every department can practically incline towards entrepreneurship and play their role in the country’s economy after obtaining their degrees. On this occasion, the Chairman of the Department of Zoology, Prof. Dr. Abdul Ghaffar, appreciated the efforts of the students and said that this is the first time that zoologists are coming forward to practically play their role in the economy. He congratulated the seventh semester students and their instructor Mudassar Maqbool and said that it is a matter of joy and pride that this success is starting from the Department of Zoology of the Islamia University of Bahawalpur.
