Worthy Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr. Muhammad Kamran paid a visit to the IUB Bahawalnagar campus

Bahawalpur (PR) Prof. Dr. Muhammad Kamran, Vice Chancellor, the Islamia University of Bahawalpur, visited the Bahawalnagar campus and reviewed the teaching and research activities. The Vice Chancellor directed that regularity and high quality should be ensured in teaching matters on the campus. Similarly, the supremacy of laws and discipline should be demonstrated in administrative matters. Faculty members and students also met the Vice Chancellor and expressed their happiness over his arrival on the campus. On this occasion, Director Campus Dr. Rafaqat Ali briefed the Vice Chancellor on academic activities and administrative matters. During his visit, the Vice Chancellor also inaugurated the photo gallery of the History Department. This photo gallery has been established under the supervision of Dr. Khawla Iftikhar Cheema, a teacher and researcher of the History Department. The Vice Chancellor appreciated the efforts to highlight the history and culture of Bahawalnagar in the photo gallery. Dean Faculty of Engineering Prof. Dr. Muhammad Amjad, Dean Faculty of Social Sciences Prof. Dr. Rubina Bhatti, renowned poet Saleem Shahzad, teachers and officers were also present on the occasion.

بہاولپور (پ ر) پروفیسر ڈاکٹر محمد کامران وائس چانسلر اسلامیہ یونیورسٹی بہاولپور نے بہاولنگر کیمپس کا دورہ کیا اور تدریسی و تحقیقی سرگرمیوں کا جائزہ لیا۔ وائس چانسلر نے ہدایت کی کہ کیمپس میں تدریسی معاملات میں باقاعدگی اور اعلیٰ معیار کو یقینی بنایا جائے۔ اسی طرح انتظامی معاملات میں قوانین کی بالا دستی اور نظم و ضبط کا عملی مظاہرہ کیا جائے۔ وائس چانسلر سے فیکلٹی ممبران اور طلبا وطالبات نے بھی ملاقات کی اور ان کی کیمپس آمد پر اظہار مسرت کیا۔ اس موقع پر ڈائریکٹر کیمپس ڈاکٹر رفاقت علی نے وائس چانسلر کو تعلیمی سرگرمیوں اور انتظامی امور پر بریفنگ دی۔ اپنے دورے کے دوران وائس چانسلر نے شعبہ تاریخ کی فوٹو گیلری کا بھی افتتاح کیا۔ یہ فوٹو گیلری شعبہ تاریخ کی استاد و محقق ڈاکٹر خولہ افتخار چیمہ کی زیر نگرانی قائم کی گئی ہے۔ وائس چانسلر نے فوٹو گیلری میں بہاولنگر کی تاریخ اور ثقافت کو اجاگر کرنے کی کاوش کو سراہا۔ اس موقع پر ڈین فیکلٹی آف انجینئرنگ پروفیسر ڈاکٹر محمد امجد، ڈین فیکلٹی آف سوشل سائنسز پروفیسر ڈاکٹر روبینہ بھٹی، نامور شاعر سلیم شہزاد، اساتذہ کرام اور افسران بھی موجود تھے۔
