Final Selection of Honhaar Undergraduate Scholarship Program

The Students enlisted in the final selection list (List Attached) are directed to submit following documents in the Directorate of Financial Assistance at Tabish Alwari Building:

1.       Award letter as displayed on Honhaar scholarship portal.

2.       03 months utility bills i.e. August, September, and October.

3.       Income certificate from parents / guardians duly printed on Affidavit (Stamp-paper).

4.       Salary slips of parents / guardian (if applicable).

5.       Rent agreement in case of student family does not own their own house.

6.       Deed of agreement (On Affidavit / Stamp-paper) signed by the awardee with university sample attached as Deed of agreement (any changes in the sample attached will not be accepted).

7.       Surety bond (On Affidavit / Stamp-paper) with the university by the awardee sample attached as Surety bond (any changes in the sample attached will not be accepted).

Note:

a)      Witnesses in Surety bond and Deed of agreement cannot be blood relatives, moreover students are required to attach CNIC copies of witnesses with the Surety bond and Deed of agreement (the signature of the witnesses must match with the signatures on CNIC).

b)      The official signing the Surety bond should also paste their official stamp along with their signature.
