IUB Information Center

The Islamia University of Bahawalpur has become one of the largest academic institutions providing admissions to thousands of students from all over Pakistan, as well as providing examination, testing services, and playing a leading role in the socio-economic development of the region. During the past three years, the university has seen extraordinary expansion both in teaching and non-teaching sides, placing it in the list of top 500 universities of the world. The university campuses network, already established in 3 district headquarters of Bahawalpur Division, is spreading in other cities as well. The university was lacking a central information and customer service office to deal with hundreds of visitors and thousands of queries through telephonic calls and other social media on daily basis, seeking information for admissions, examinations, testing services, recruitment, and other university services. That’s why a central helpdesk/information center has been established in the basement of Sir Sadiq Muhammad Khan Library, Baghdad ul Jadeed campus under the Directorate of Communication and Public Relations.
